Grief is a human emotion that allows you to deal with losing a loved one and those feelings of love that you think are gone forever. It is considered a natural and healthy reaction to an emotional loss of any sort. The trouble with grieving is that there are many ways to do so. You’re an individual, so the way you grieve is going to be different than a partner or close family member. Likewise, most societies don’t have a way to honour grief. You’re always dealing with time management and the demands of work and personal needs that taking time off to grieve may not be possible because you don’t know how. Those at From 2 to 3 can help you deal with loss through grief counselling.

How To Seek Support

The first step is admitting that there is a problem, so you’re already on the right track. The next thing you have to do is determine how best you’ll grieve for your loved one. In most cases, a grief counsellor can help because they will allow you to talk about your loved one and go through the five stages of grief.

If you find it hard to deal with life because of your loss, it is best to seek the help of a professional. They will be able to offer you support and direction, as well as the most current information to help you through your difficult time.

How They Help

They will offer you support and help you realise that your feelings are valid and normal. They can also help you determine a plan for what’s next in your life, such as where you go from here or how you move forward. They can also work with you on revising long-term goals and give motivation/direction to take your life back.
